Graham Bright is Head – Compliance and Operations at Euro Exim Bank Ltd, an innovative financial institution specialising in Trade Finance, facilitating global trade for buyers worldwide.

He holds a BA (Hons.) degree in Business Studies and is a serving UK Justice of the Peace, and also sits on Crown Court appeals.

Formerly Director of FSI Solutions and Strategy at EMC, he was a financial SME with responsibility for paperless banking, compliance and risk solutions. Prior to EMC, he was managing Director of Financial Tradeware, provider of broker and hedge funds trading systems.

Euro Exim BankLtd, participates with Ripple, for real-time payments, low liquidity requirements for FX transfers using XRP cryptocurrency, and embedding trade messages in Ripple instructions, providing new instruction delivery solutions for the industry.

Graham is a regular contributor to trade journals (GTR, TFR), with published thought leadership articles in financial technology press, and a speaker at trade industry conferences across the globe. He has also been recognised for prestigious industry awards including ‘Most Innovative Executive in Trade Finance –2020’.

Katy Hyams is the Head of Regulatory Policy for LME Group. She manages the LME Group’s response and engagement with regulatory developments with a focus on domestic, European and international financial services legislation.

Katy has led the LME Group’s Brexit contingency programme, successfully ensuring that LME Group was well positioned to be able to provide continued member access following the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union. Katy is also leading the LME Group’s engagement with UK policy makers as they look to review the UK’s existing regulatory framework.

Katy plays an instrumental role in representing the views of the LME Group, its members and the wider metals market in the development of incoming regulation through her engagement with regulators, legislators and policymakers. She works closely with key stakeholders within the LME business in clarifying the scope, and managing the implementation, of incoming regulatory change.

Natalia is a professional manager with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently Natalia is the Head of International Financial Reporting Division (the Division) of VTB Bank, Russia.

VTB Bank is  the second largest bank of Russia and the parent of the large multinational banking group (the Group). Natalia is in charge of the Group’s consolidated financial statements and preparation of internal reporting financial information for the Managing Board. She is in charge of financial analysis of the Group’s transactions, including M&A, while they are still in structuring phase.

Natalia issues recommendations on application of the IFRS standards to the Bank’s prudential reporting as the standards are gradually adopted by the Bank of Russia. Natalia deeply understands the specifics of the business through many years of experience in analyzing loan portfolios in the following industries: IT, space, defense, real estate, construction, agriculture, etc.

Since April 1st 2020, Vincent Davignon has been in charge of International Retail Banking for Correspondent Banking, Factoring and Trade Finance.

For the last two years, he was in charge of the Trade Product Management and Regulatory Affairs reporting to the Global Head of BNPP Trade Finance. Between 2008 to 2017 he was the Head of the International Retail Banking Trade Finance having the responsibility to lead 60 sales specialists spread between Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, The USA (Bank of the West), Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Mali, Ivory Coast and Gabon.

Vincent has over 25 years of experience in the Banking industry. Before that he has been in charge of European Desk Manager (based in New York), Head of Cash management Business Development and Head of Corporate Trade Finance

After some years in the IFRS Accounting and Regulatory Reporting in Erste Group, Markus overtook the position of Head of Group Statutory Reporting. 

From 2017 to 2020 he headed the Data- and Reporting Governance department and established a group-wide Statutory Reporting Governance 

On 1 May 2021 he overtook the position of a Managing Director in Erste Group Services GmbH, a hundred percent owned entity of Erste Group Bank AG.

Katherine leads the Regulatory Policy and Engagement team for Risk at HSBC Group. Her team is responsible for covering new regulation impacting the banks’ Wholesale Credit and Traded Risk functions, as well as IRB, IMA and IMM internal models. This includes addressing supervisory expectations and demands for the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA). She has been with HSBC for eight years. Prior to this she was based in Brussels as a Public Affairs consultant specialising in financial services regulation. Katherine has an MA in International Economic Relations from American University and a Maîtrise in European and International Law from the University of La Reunion. She is a fluent French speaker.

Ross is Head of Regulatory Developments at NatWest Group, where his responsibilities include assessing the regulatory landscape and identifying any implications for the bank’s strategy and operations. He has been with NatWest Group for 15 years, holding senior roles across Economics, Strategy and Communications. Prior to his current role, Ross was responsible for providing strategic communications advice to the Group CEO.  Ross is also a member of the CBI Financial Services Council and regularly represents the bank with trade associations and other key stakeholders.  

Adriana specialises in financial regulatory policy issues covering all Digital and Innovation topics, PSD2, Cyber-Security, Operational Resilience, Data protection, Tax and issues affecting fixed income including securitisation, margin and shadow banking reforms. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ms. Ennab was a Repo trader and Global Product Manager for Merrill Lynch, Tradition Government Securities and Goldman Sachs in Asia, London and New York. Additionally, she ran various private ventures in Asia and London.

Ms. Ennab holds a BS in Management and Marketing and Finance from New York University and an MBA from Fordham School of Business Management.

Marie Lundberg is the founder and CEO of Acronym Consulting AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden. She is a financial crime specialist with more than two decades of experience within the financial sector, including investment firms, large internet banks, payment service providers, traditional and private banking. Her area of expertise includes anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, anti-money laundering, customer due diligence, sanctions and counter terrorism financing.

Marie is a firm believer of using analytics and the importance of knowing and understanding your data, as well as your customers. Awareness, a solid risk management program and education is in her opinion a few of the keys to combat financial crime.

She has extensive international experience, working mainly in the Nordics and Europe including the UK. She is a founding member and co-chair of the ACAMS Nordics Chapter and a Certified Fraud Examiner by ACFE as well as a public speaker and thought leader in this area.

Jacqui is an international web scientist recognised as one of the 100 most powerful UK entrepreneurs and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Science in recognition of her international futurist work.

Sam is a financial crime prevention professional with over 15 years of practical experience in compliance. Sam holds a number of qualifications and is recognised as a subject matter expert in the field of financial crime.

Sam’s previous work experience includes working as MLRO, Data Protection Officer and CCO and Group Head of AML for various financial institutions, both offshore and in Europe. Sam also worked offshore for several years as the first legal counsel to the financial regulator in Guernsey and subsequently set up the financial crime division, overseeing the examination of a variety of financial institutions. She continues to maintain ongoing engagement with other regulators on financial crime matters.

Sam has extensive training experience in the field of financial crime prevention and corporate governance matters. She has most recently been involved in projects related to FenTech businesses, the use of RegTech to mitigate financial crime and list management relating to the screening of customers and third parties. Sam most recently worked with ACAMS Europe as its AML Director. Sam is recognised by ACAMS as a subject matter expert in sanctions and has co-authored a number of online certificate courses, facilitated working groups on 4/5AMLD in Europe and assistance in the development of white papers. Originally from Montreal, Quebec Canada, Sam holds a Bachelors of Public Administration, Law Degree, qualified as a barrister and solicitor and holds her Masters in Business, specialising in risk management.
