Jennifer is a co-founder and managing partner of ALL AML GmbH. She has been working in investigations and anti-financial crime for twenty yearsand supports organisations as an external MLRO.

Jennifer is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Certified Fraud Examinerand was awarded the CAMS Audit Certificate in 2019.

She has worked on a wide range of complex investigations world-wide as well as managed anti-financial crime advisory projects seeking to implement best practice standards. She has contributed to the RegTech Book as an expert on technology and anti-financial crime with particular focus on KYC and has been involved in various risk assessment and remediation projects.

Jennifer has a track record in developing industry standards and methods in the area of customer due diligence as well as tools for risk analysis and the assessment of reputational and integrity issues. She is also a member of the Deutsches Institut für Compliance (DICO) working group for AML in the non-financial sector and also for the development of integrity due diligence and KYC compliance standards.

Since 2008, Jennifer has been a regular contributor and steering group member at ACAMS Today and a designated ACAMS instructor. She is a founding member and board member of the ACAMS Germany Chapter (https://www.acams.org/). Since 2008 Jennifer has published widely on compliance topics relating to financial crime issues. Jennifer speaks fluent English, Italian, German, and has a good understanding of French and Spanish.

Lora von Ploetz is the Head of Global Financial Crime Unit at Commerzbank, where she is overseeing the cross-border evaluation of significant financial crime events by, tracking, investigating, analysing and reporting of such on a global scale and information sharing within Commerzbank group-wide. Before taking this position, Lora von Ploetz was Senior Sanctions Officer overseeing New York, London and Dubai sanctions operations. Lora von Ploetz has held various compliance and legal regulatory management roles at Western Union, UniCredit, etc. She holds a LL.M Law and Finance from the Goethe University in Frankfurt and a Master of Law from the University of St. Kliment Ohridski.

Rob is a leadership KYC expert who delivers high-energy keynotes presentations that challenge audiences. 

Rob earned his MSc from the University of Amsterdam.  

With a strong background in product management, development and managing large strategic programs, his career expands over several banking sectors including Correspondent Banking, PSPs and Virtual Asset Service Providers. 

Additionally, Rob is a triathlete who recently finished his first Iron Man.  

Marie Lundberg is the founder and CEO of Acronym Consulting AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden. She is a financial crime specialist with more than two decades of experience within the financial sector, including investment firms, large internet banks, payment service providers, traditional and private banking. Her area of expertise includes anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, anti-money laundering, customer due diligence, sanctions and counter terrorism financing.

Marie is a firm believer of using analytics and the importance of knowing and understanding your data, as well as your customers. Awareness, a solid risk management program and education is in her opinion a few of the keys to combat financial crime.

She has extensive international experience, working mainly in the Nordics and Europe including the UK. She is a founding member and co-chair of the ACAMS Nordics Chapter and a Certified Fraud Examiner by ACFE as well as a public speaker and thought leader in this area.

Dorota is currently working as the Head of Risk, at State Street Bank International GmbH, Poland branch. Dorota has 20 years working experience within 3 global banks (State Street, Bank of New York Mellon, Millennium BCP) in corporate and custody banking, treasury, middle-office, operations, process reengineering and risk management

Dorota’s background includes an MBA in Economics and International Management, from Warsaw School of Economics and Milan Bocconi University

Dorota can speak (or used to speak) fluently 8 different languages.

Klaus Xhaxhiu is currently holding the MLRO function for Germany at Aion Bank with over six years of experience in compliance / AML for banks and other financial institutions. Additionally Klaus is serving as senior compliance and legal expert for the German market. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Hannover in cooperation with the University of Lisbon. Klaus is responsible for all compliance and AML related matters at Aion Bank German branch.

Klaus has created the fundamentals for a compliance and AML organisation at Aion Bank in Germany and is serving as point of contact for the regulators. Prior to this, Klaus was serving as Compliance manager for Germany at Vistra where he created the team from scratch including a number of compliance monitoring systems. He was also responsible for all client onboardings and AML matters.

During the weekends and holidays, Klaus likes to travel and visit new countries to explore their cultures and traditions. Of course, exploring local food is one of his hobbies while traveling as well.

I am Alexis Luque, an authorised managing director at Unzer, a Luxembourgish entity approved by the CSSF, with a specialization in anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance. With more than 14 years in the field, I am an industry-recognized expert in compliance, AML, and combating financial crime.

I have successfully led and managed various teams and projects across diverse sectors and countries. My hands-on experience ranges from implementing AML programs to resolving complex compliance issues that meet the highest standards of quality, ethics, and regulation.

My academic achievements include a PhD in Criminal Law, focusing on applying behavioural statistics to proactively prevent criminal behaviour, specifically in the area of financial crimes. This unique intersection of law and data analytics has been invaluable in formulating and implementing AML strategies.

In my career, I have gained recognition for my role in unravelling major financial scandals in Spain, leveraging my deep understanding of compliance and AML to bring about transparency and justice.

Previously a compliance manager at Amazon and currently a professor at UNIR Universidad International de La Rioja, I am passionate about learning and imparting my expertise. I frequently speak at industry events and round tables on emerging trends, challenges, and best practices in AML and compliance.

I have been advising for almost two decades on the development, design and implementation of various global and regional effective, reliable, sustainable and regulatory compliant policy, risks, governance and control frameworks for a broad and diverse range of risk types such as Anti-Financial Crime related risks, Financial & Management Accounting as well as others such as Crypto related in the banking industry.  I am a Certified AFC Expert,  Diplom Kauffrau (Master) in Business Administration, specialized in Information Systems (J. W. Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany), studied Political Affairs specialized in International Relations (J. W. Goethe University Frankfurt am Main) and International Financial Accounting and Financial Crisis Management in Japan (Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan).

I have comprehensive knowledge in Global Banking, Anti Financial Crime and Crypto related regulations, (Non-)Financial and Systemic Risk and Crisis Management.
