Alex believes that the future of supervision and regulatory reporting is data driven, simplifying complex AML/CFT risks through the usage of data and technology in a scalable, flexible, risk-based manner to better protect victims of crime and align to global standards. Alex leads the Asia-Pacific of SupTech/RegTech world-leaders AML Analytics since 2019 where he supports governments, supervisors, and regulated entities in identifying, assessing, and understanding threats, vulnerabilities and mitigating controls, enhancing technologies to better detect and prevent risks of money laundering, terrorism financing and sanctions. Alex has worked prior at other leading AML/CFT compliance technology providers such as encompass corporation, LexisNexis and non-executive roles at the RegTech Association of Hong Kong, Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and in the private sector.
