Anna de Veer has been with LGT since November 2019. She initially served as Head of Compliance for LGT Bank Switzerland and since May 2022 has held the position of Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Executive Board. In these roles, she reports to the CEO and oversees the Compliance, Legal, Risk Controlling and Security divisions.

Prior to joining LGT, Anna held a number of leadership roles at Credit Suisse in Switzerland from 2007 to 2019. These included Head of Business Coverage Compliance for the Business Area Emerging Europe (International Wealth Management), Head of Business Risk Management / First Line of Defense Support for the same area, and Senior Business Project Manager / Black Belt. Additionally, Anna held a position in Compliance at Winterthur Group from 2005 to 2007 and was an auditor at KPMG Fides Peat from 1996 to 2005).

Anna is a US-Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics (with a major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, and Economic Analysis) and has completed post-graduate studies in Bank Accounting and Controlling, Financial Accounting, and Auditing.
