Ben has 20 years experience in Banking, leading Operations, Analytics and Financial Crime teams. Over a decade of Financial Crime Compliance in the Natwest Group, Co-operative Bank and HSBC in a variety of roles, culminating in being Group Head of Name Screening at HSBC. He was also part of the HSBC / Silent Eight partnership automating alert adjudication that won the AI Breakthrough Award for Best MLOps Solution.

Ben now heads the Silent Eight sales team at Silent Eight, where he and his team drive awareness of the Silent Eight value in for financial crime teams.
