Chris is a Director in Deloitte’s UK Firm. He leads Deloitte’s Forum for Tackling Illicit Finance through which he leads the Firm’s global thought leadership on key financial crime issues including asset recovery, transparency of beneficial ownership and improving public private partnership. He also acts as a strategic advisor to multiple government agencies on the topic of illicit finance. Chris joined Deloitte after 18 years with the UK National Crime Agency, where he was the UK Threat Lead for Money Laundering and where he helped establish and led the Joint Money Laundering Intelligence Taskforce one of the world’s first public private information and intelligence sharing partnerships between law enforcement and the private sector. He has also helped establish PPPs in multiple countries around the world.
