Denisse is a global champion of financial crime prevention initiatives with nearly 20 years delivering financial crime prevention strategic solutions across banking, start-ups and the public sectors. She works at the intersection of global governance, financial crime, technology and conflict finance delivering bespoke solutions.
Denisse is Director of the G7 & G20 Research Groups (London), CEO of Rudich Advisory & Derumari, and an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). She has experience working with national authorities, international organizations, top-tier financial institutions, neobanks, crypto firms, RegTechs, regulators and civil society.
Denisse helped to stand up the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime with Interpol and the World Economic Forum, set up the first global AML/CFT working group for the crypto industry, is a NED, and has acted as a technical expert on various government and private sector initiatives on economic crime and sanctions. Denisse regularly provides training on financial crime, RegTech, FinTech, and crypto, is also an author, keynote speaker and panellist at industry events, and mentor to start -ups.
