Dianah is a Legal, Compliance and Governance professional specializing in building business sustainability through creating and implementing internal processes and control strategies that advocate for governance, business compliance culture and promote overall business growth. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Secretary and member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI,UK). Her legal career extends in across financial law, capital markets, FinTech, RegTech, ESG, Data Protection and Privacy, Financial Crime Prevention, and Corporate Governance. Having worked in the Capital Markets space both in the public and private sector in Kenya  She is currently the Regional Head of Compliance (Australia, APAC, LATAM, Middle-East) at Pepperstone Group Limited, a group of companies head-quartered in Australia and offering OTC Derivatives products and operating across Australia, Africa, Europe, Middle-East, LATAM and ASIA.

Dianah holds a MSC. Finance and Financial Law from SOAS, University of London and Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)  from Kenyatta University, Kenya.
