Edward leads Chorus’ banking and financial proposition, having joined the business from LexisNexis Risk Solution (LNRS), which is one the largest global technology businesses specialising in anti-financial crime, fraud, authentication, and identity verification solutions. 

Edward joined LNRS in 2021 following the acquisition of TruNarrative a start-up/scale-up SaaS based orchestration platform for financial crime and fraud management, covering the key areas of onboarding, ongoing screening and transactional monitoring.  Edward served as Head of Banking and was part of the original Executive Management Team that oversaw the growth of the business from zero customers to over 250 enterprise customers in the UK, Europe and North America.  Following acquisition, Edward held a number of roles within LNRS, which included Senior Director where he led new business and product expansion sales, with a particular focus on banking and payments.

Prior to moving into enterprise software, Edward has previously worked within banking, having held positions at Santander as the Future Fraud Risk Manager, leading regulatory and risk reduction transformation projects, as well having been the UK and Europe Financial Crime Manager for Ikano Bank AB. It is also interesting to note that Edward’s career prior to banking has many synergies with Chorus’ core business, in that he has worked within analytical roles for military intelligence, SOCA (now the NCA) and the regional Police Counter Terrorism Units.
