Identifying a market gap, Kristoff founded KYC Portal, a pioneering Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that automates and centralises customer due diligence processes. Under his leadership, KYC Portal has expanded to offices in Malta and the UK, serving clients across more than 25 jurisdictions and 5 continents.

As CEO, Kristoff remains committed to positioning KYC Portal as an international technology partner through continuous innovation. In 2024, KYC Portal expanded its accessibility by launching a SaaS model, bringing compliance management solutions to the cloud.
