Martin Hirtreiter is a Partner in the Anti-Financial Crime Advisory (AFCA) practice of Deloitte. He brings more than 15 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, focusing on white-collar crime, regulatory and compliance. Martin advises both national and international Financial Institutions on all issues concerning Anti-Financial Crime and Non-Financial Risk Management (AML, KYC, CFT, Sanctions, ABC, Fraud). He helps clients strengthen aspects of their compliance processes, performing risk assessments, designing policies and procedures. Martin has led regulatory investigations and remediation programs in Germany and abroad, and was responsible for the design, implementation and review of measures and technologies to combat financial crime.
