Nisan Bangiev is the Director, Fraud Risk Officer at Valley Bank, where he oversees the Fraud Risk Management department. Prior to joining Valley Bank, Nisan held various roles in Financial Crimes Compliance at a number of financial institutions, including Bank Leumi USA, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc, and Morgan Stanley. Nisan began his career as a consultant working with large institutions such as American Express and Bank of New York Mellon. Nisan holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU’s Leonard Stern School of Business and a JD from Brooklyn Law School
