Robert Lamers CFE is the managing director of ROLAM Consultancy. He is an independent risk manager, specialised in the field of anti-fraud, compliance, business contintuity, crisismanagement and safety & security, with over 25 years' risk management experience.

He has worked for a number of leading financial institutions (ING Group and NN Group) before starting his firm in October 2016. He was responsible for the quality of operational risk management in business units worldwide. In the team Corporate Security and Investigations he has specialised in various disciplines and is qualified with both Dutch and international diplomas. 

His key characteristics are cooperation, transparent and honest communication as well as a pragmatic approach. If necessary, he will not avoid inevitable extensive discussions.
