Sandeep is Trust Officer at Schuberg Philis, a company known for its dedication to mission-critical IT and operational resilience for the past 20 years. At Schuberg Philis, Sandeep focuses on ensuring that IT environments remain robust and reliable in the face of evolving challenges. 

Beyond his role at Schuberg Philis, Sandeep contributes to the broader IT Resilience field. He serves at NOREA, the Dutch Association of IT-Auditors,  as the Chair of the DevOps Working Group and the DORA Taskforce. In these roles, he facilitates discussions, the creation of best practices and simplifications around  DevOps, Ransomware and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). 

Sandeep has authored and co-authored important study reports for NOREA, including "DevOps in Control," "Ransomware in Control," and "DORA in Control." These reports offer practical insights into managing IT operations and navigating cybersecurity threats. He also shares his knowledge as a guest lecturer on DevOps and Ransomware at several universities, helping to equip students with the necessary skills to succeed in the IT industry. Sandeep's work reflects a commitment to enhancing IT resilience and governance, contributing both to his team at Schuberg Philis and to the wider industry through his involvement with NOREA and educational initiatives.
