Tim is a Director at ING Americas. In this capacity, he is leading the daily Client Onboarding and KYC operations and is –amongst other- in charge of all customer outreach efforts.
Next to that, Tim is accountable for ING Americas’ strategic KYC roadmap and working on the implementation of structural improvements related to organization, people, processes and technology.

Tim started his career as a consultant at IBM before joining ING in 2013 as a digital product manager. He has held multiple roles at the intersection of customer, operations and technology while working across Europe and the United States.

Tim holds a masters degree from the Ghent University and Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School. In 2021, he obtained his Sloan Fellow MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
